Darrell Keith Clay of Perrysburg, a retired Toledo Board of Education curriculum director, a former Start High School principal, a U.S. Army veteran, and a man of many hobbies, died July 6 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on Detroit Avenue. He was 90. Mr. Clay retired in the late 1990s as a curriculum director at the Toledo Board of Education after several years of service and 45 years in education.

Police recover large amount of stolen property

According to a news release, authorities found more than 200 pieces of lawn equipment, chain saws, a snow blower, tools, crossbows and other similar items. The stolen materials were seized locations on Jackman and Brim Roads in Toledo.
